Our 
Story

Where it all began...

Established in 2019, The HIIT Bx strives to offer fitness classes and boxing for all levels, whether you’re training for fun, to develop a new skill or have goals to compete.

Our core goals are to build confidence, increase both physical and mental wellbeing and to deliver technical  sessions, without the bad habits. We offer female only boxing classes as well as mixed adults’ classes. A gym can sometimes be an intimidating environment, however our female only classes, will put you at ease. Our mixed adult classes are suitable for both men and women aged 15 +. These include both boxing and fitness sessions, giving you the opportunity to learn to box and get fit under one roof.

Siobhan

Founder & Director

Siobhan has over 15 years experience as one of the UK's leading female coaches.

 

As well as dedicating her life to competing she has also trained with some of the best boxers and coaches in the country including Adam Booth, George Groves, Josh Kelley, Chantelle Cameron and many more.

 

Whether you want to home your boxing skills or simply get fitter. 1-1's with Siobhan can't be missed.

Adam

Hyrox Coach/Personal Trainer

Adam is a previous professional Crossfit athlete, strength & conditioning coach and qualified sports nutritionist.

 

Adam is your go to guy for a tailored strength and conditioning programme, with 1-1 nutritional support.

Connor

Class Coach/Personal Trainer

Connor is a qualified personal trainer, boxing coach and K1 kickboxing instructor. An all rounder to help you learn the technical fundamentals or excel in your fitness goals.

Ted

Class Coach/Personal Trainer

Ted is a qualified England Boxing coach who is a fan of all things boxing. He's an expert in old school boxers and will be sure to provide you with an insightful boxing 1-1.
