A 6 week course perfect for anyone with little or no experience in boxing, wanting to learn the boxing fundamentals in a safe environment with our friendly coaches. These sessions are non-contact and will introduce you to boxing techniques and boxing fitness. Sessions take place once per week and last for one hour. This course it suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. We recommend you have your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop page). However, we can lend you some for the duration of the course. Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
