Pure boxing, without the bad habits (but for women only)! During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style. No egos, just pure boxing and positive attitudes! We recommend you have your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop page). But we will happily lend you a pair! Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
