Boxing

Mondays 8pm

Pure boxing, without the bad habits. During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style. No egos, just pure boxing and positive attitudes!

Women's Boxing

Learn to box and get fit all at once (for women only)! During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style.

K1 Kickboxing

K1 Kickboxing is best described as a hybrid of kickboxing and muay thai with all of the best bits combined!
This session is suitable for men and women. During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific style.

Womens K1 Kickboxing

This session is just for women. During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific kickboxing style.

Fit Factory

Mondays 11.30am & 6pm

A circuit-based class (but way more fun) that focuses on a high intensity workout combined with the elements that are key to a boxer's performance. But do not worry, there’s no boxing involved! 
Fit factory is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.

Metafit & Strong

Mondays 6pm

Wednesdays, 11.30am

Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. Followed by a short and sharp strength session, for the complete workout.

Our Strength and Conditioning class is a full-body workout to improve your physical performance. Under the supervision of our qualified instructors, you'll be working with kettlebells and barbells performing drills to build strength and endurance.

Bag Blast

Bag work, bag work, bag work for the ultimate boxing beasting! This class will maximize your cardiovascular conditioning and take your fitness to the next level.

Free Women's Wellbeing Boxing

These sessions are specifically designed for women who suffer from anxiety, low confidence or depression, delivered in partnership with Active Sussex.

Junior Boxing

An opportunity for children to learn to box, work as a team, learn to be disciplined and have fun all at once. During these sessions we will normally work on something specific such as technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style. Children will have the opportunity to work their way up our grading syllabus when they are ready, where they’ll be recognised and rewarded for their skills and progress.

Junior K1 Kickboxing

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4pm Age 5-10

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5pm Age 11-14

Saturdays 9am Age 5-10 & Age 11-14

Box HIIT Bootcamp

What it says on the tin… Boxing and HIIT combined, where you’ll receive a true beasting! No class will be the same, as we will be mixing it up with bag work, boxing drills and body weight exercises.

Over 50's Boxing

A great chance to learn anew skill and get fit. Suitable for anyone over 50.
