Included in the 6 week course: 🎄 Free 1 hour PT session to all participants. 🎄 Attend up to 5 classes per week (including any Box HIIT Bootcamp, Fit Factory, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga/Pilates classes). We recommend a minimum of 3. 🎄 Weekly weigh in, measurements and fitness/strength tests. 🎄Weekly progress prizes up for grabs, including vouchers, clothing and more! 🎄Experienced and qualified instructors will provide a bootcamp tailored to your goals. 🎄Discounted gym membership available to all who complete the course. 🎄Suitable for ALL abilities, sizes, fitness levels.
