These sessions are delivered by England Boxing affiliated coaches and Box HIIT Amateur Boxing Club. Not suitable for first timers and total beginners. We recommend you have your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop). But we can lend you a pair! You must bring running trainers to every session as we will often include short runs or sprints as part of these sessions. Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
