A brand new class suitable for anyone wanting to improve their physical performance, but specifically tailored to boxers. Boxers Conditioning focuses on training methods which include plyometrics, specific strength training and high-intensity training designed to help you get fitter, faster and stronger, getting you in the best shape possible for competitive bouts. This class does not involve any boxing so is a fitness class suitable for everyone, but essential for competing boxers! Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
