A circuit-based class (but way more fun) that focuses on a high intensity workout combined with the elements that are key to a boxer's performance. But do not worry, there’s no boxing involved! Bootcamp is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. You do not need to bring any equipment for this class. Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
