HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

You'll complete the full course to see if you've got what it takes to enter for real! 

Prizes will be awarded including fastest male and fastest female.

Participants will be set off in waves, starting with competitive teams first who have goals to participate in the May Hyrox event.
